    So Here’s what happened:
Under Bill “Slick Willie” Clinton and the Democrat Socialist Congress in the 1990’s Banks were forced to lend to Unqualified Borrowers You Know - People that could not afford the House they bought [ also known as Obama voters.]
So now the bill comes due - their 0% sub-prime adjustable rate mortgage they were given is now at 10% and since they couldn’t afford the house at 0% , they get foreclosed on.

So between 10-15% OF ALL HOUSES will get foreclosed on. [Maybe more]
Thank you - Dirtbag Clinton, Barney “Hotdog” Frank, Chris “Countrywide” Dodd, and Charlie “Good Time” Rangle and the rest of the Democrat National Socialist Congress

Good for me though, I am buying Townhouses at 50%-60% off and renting them out for positive cash flow and good profit.

Hope all of you are enjoying the “Change We can Believe In”

    “Yes We Can!”

Don’t understand why people think we got in this mess overnight.Seems it started when we opened trade relations with China. My father was in the textile business and all of a sudden shirts and sheets were coming from China and mills in the South started to close. When we gave him a shirt he checked to see if it was made in the USA. He said that we had to protect the jobs of the middle class manufacturing . He dies in l980. Surely a man ahead of his time. He was very worried about the greed and predicted all that has happened.
